Shipping

Our cases are shipped directly from the Cassabo workshops and once your order is ready, it’s carefully packed and sent to the address given during the initial order process.

As most of our products are shipped internationally, we only use couriers that can guarantee a quick, reliable and secure service. Shipping times and prices vary according to destination country and service selected, and we reserve the right to change the requested method of shipping if a more suitable method is available.

Additional Information

If you’ve ordered two or more items with different production times, the order will be shipped when all items are complete.

Many countries will apply additional taxes and/or duties based on the customs value of your shipment. These costs are your responsibility and you are advised to contact your country's customs office for details prior to placing your order.

US Residents: if you have a ‘signature on file’ agreement with FedEx, neither Cassabo nor FedEx accept responsibility for the loss of any package left at the agreed premises. Please contact your local FedEx depot for more details.

Our Main Office is located in Godalming, Surrey UK, and your credit card will be charged by Cassabo Ltd. In compliance with UK Government tax laws, Cassabo charges VAT on all orders placed and/or shipped within the European Union.

Shipping Policies

Upon request Cassabo may either refund or credit to the applicable invoice, shipping charges if delivery of a shipment is made after the delivery date given when the order was placed.

The Shipping Money Back Guarantee is subject to the following limitations:

Where customs or other regulatory agency clearances or verifications, in the country of origin or destination, delay shipment due to omissions or mistakes in documentation, Cassabo's delivery commitment is modified by adding one business day for each day (or portion thereof) that such clearances are required.

Any transit time published on Cassabo.com or quoted by our customer service department is only an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery time.

A service failure will not be recognised if, within 30 calendar days of notification, Cassabo can provide the shipper with (1) proof of delivery (including date and time of delivery and name of the person who signed for the shipment); or (2) service exception information proving the failure to timely deliver resulted from circumstances described in ‘Liabilities not Assumed’ (detailed at the end of this policy). Cassabo is not obliged to respond if the customer´s request is not received within the time limits stated above.

A refund or credit will not be given for shipments delayed due to incorrect address information being supplied, refusal to accept delivery or sign for the package or any of the causes described in ‘Liabilities not Assumed’.
The Shipping Money Back Guarantee does not apply to undeliverable or returned shipments.

The Shipping Money Back Guarantee does not apply where delays in delivery are caused by the courier’s adherence to policies regarding the payment of duties and taxes prior to customs clearance or at delivery.
